Submit your child’s requirements
If you are interested in your child attending our Summer Camp, then complete the enquiry form below. A copy will be sent to your email address.
In the message box include the child(ren’s) details such as name, age and the weeks/days/hours you wish them to attend.
Once we receive your enquiry we will check those days for availability and get back to you as soon as possible.
100% refund if place cancelled before the 31st May. No refund if place cancelled after the 31st May.

Every week is Monday to Friday.
Week 5 is 4 days due to bank holiday Monday.

To enquire about booking your child into our summer camp just fill in the Enquiry Form. We will then check availability and get back to you to confirm.
No, current or past pupils and children who have never attended are all eligible to apply for a place at Summer Camp.
Yes, we will take payment in advance to secure your child’s place. No booking will be confirmed until after payment is received. Cancellation Policy. 100% refund if booking cancelled before the 31st May 2022. No refund if booking cancelled after the 31st May 2022.
Yes you can mix days and times once you give full notice at time of booking.
Camp goes ahead regardless of rain. We have ample indoor and outdoor space. If rain is forecast please ensure your child arrives with a rain coat.
Children should arrive 5 minutes before the start time of Camp.
Please provide your child with 2 snacks. Dress them for the weather, sun cream/rain coats.
Children should dress appropriately for physical activities. And ensure they have the relevant clothing to match the weather forecast.
Yes they need to bring two snacks. Full day attendees will be provided with a full dinner and evening snack.
No, we do not eat nuts at summer camp.

Please ensure you read our camps terms and conditions for Mullingar Montessori & The Den Summer Camp before making a booking enquiry for your child(ren).
MULLINGAR MONTESSORI & THE DEN SUMMER CAMP TERMS AND CONDITONS
- Camp places allocated on a first come first served basis subject to availability
- Payment is regarded as acceptance of the booking conditions
- 100% refund of booking total if cancelled before 31st May, no refunds available for cancellations after May 31st
- Meals: For morning camp please provide a packed lunch (strictly no nuts) Full Day camps will receive dinner, please provide a water / drinks bottle
- Allergies: Please confirm any allergies or food intolerances your child has in advance of starting camp
- Sunscreen: Sunscreen to be applied before arriving to camp, please bring sun cream labelled with their name for further application as required
- Collections: Please inform us if anyone other than a listed guardian will be collecting on any days
- Lost Property: We accept no responsibility for any lost or stolen items during camp hours
- Photographs and video footage may be taken for use on our Facebook page and website. Please inform us if you wish to be excluded
- Payment is regarded as acceptance of the booking conditions
